Situated in the central part of Nepal, Kathmandu is the tourist center and the capital city. It provides sophisticated entertainment, sports of every kind and cultural facilities. Children can enjoy travelling around the exhibition by a small train designed for them. It is a miniature of wild-life. It has a small paradise.
Of course, there is no need for the visitors to spend the whole holiday in Kathmandu. Only an hour drive away is Bhaktapur which is an ancient town filled with old temples and ancient monuments. Likewise, a short drive from Bhaktapur can take them to another ancient town Patan which is famous for Lord Krishna Temple.
